Girl Scouts 100 Fun Hundred celebration!

May 4, 2012 -- the girls have been looking forward to this weekend event all year long... and now it finally arrived!!!!  We had to leave in two separate cars and at separate times during the day.  MG went with the first shift of girls and moms.  And off they went right after school:
We met up later in the evening.  Here they are in front of their hotel room!  We stayed at the Hilton in Pleasanton! The girls had so much fun!
Here they all are in their room... MG stayed with me though. :)
That night they played, snacked on popcorn, and decorated shirts that they would wear the next day.
Melinda made all the moms shirts!  So cute!
Bright and early the next morning, we loaded up the cars with all our belongings...
Ate a delicious breakfast buffet that Cindy (the leader) was able to get us for free!!! (SCORE!)
Met an army officer and asked him to take a picture!  (One of the girls got him to do it... I don't even kw who he is!)
Then we were off!!!  Here we all are in the parking lot... so excited!  Cindy and Melinda bought the girls hats - so cute!
The four moms -- me, Melinda (co-leader), Cindy (leader), and Lisa (cookie mom):
 Just in... getting situated:
Check out the morning crowd!  It just opened and it was already crowded!
Off we went to explore and play games:
The girls waited 2 and a half hours to do this bungee thing.  MG was not interested but a group picture was warranted for such a long wait in line!
She and I played a game to win this cape -- it wasn't a hard game!
And everyone was waiting to meet her... Carolina Sunshine?  I don't know who she is.. but there she is in red/pink on the stage!
The best part... she bridged from being a brownie to being a junior girl scout!!!!
 How cute are they?!!
It was a fun weekend and the girls were so wonderful to each other.  I wish we had more time to explore the fair grounds... but it was hot and well, we can't always agree on what to do when so many people are involved!
